                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM KEVIN T. HILLIS AND
                   KRISTINE A. HILLIS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   77, BROWNTOWN ROAD COLLECTOR, TRACT NO. 001,
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND
                   TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,025.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Kevin T. Hillis and Kristine A. 

       Hillis, relative to Contract No. 77, Browntown Road Collector,
       Tract No. 001, for a total consideration of $1,025.00.
